What goyo keeps
goyo reads your papers and keeps what you add until you delete it.
- goyo reads the papers you add. It finds the offices that can help and writes your letters.
- goyo keeps the papers you add and the letters it writes until you delete them. Everything kept is listed below, and you can see it on your account page.
- You can delete your records and your account yourself. You do not have to ask us.
- You read each letter and you send it.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.
What goyo keeps
Your account: your email address, your password (kept scrambled, so we cannot read it) and your name if you gave one.
Your papers: the files you add and the text goyo reads from them, while they are in your account.
Your answers: what you confirm about the patient and the case, such as a name, the places of care and, only if you choose to type it, a date of birth.
Your letters: the drafts goyo writes for you.
If you buy something: whether it went through, and how many pages and letters you have left. Stripe handles your card. goyo never sees or keeps your full card number.
Records that keep the site safe, such as sign-in times and error logs.
How goyo uses it
goyo uses it to run your account, read your papers, find the offices that can help, write your letters, answer your messages and keep the site safe. No ads. We do not sell your papers.
Outside AI service
To read pages and write drafts, goyo may send the pages needed for that job to an outside AI service. We send only what the job needs. A draft can be wrong. Check every draft against your papers.
You send your letters
goyo does not send letters, forms or emails about your case. You download each one, read it and send it. The only email goyo sends is account mail, such as sign-in links, and replies to messages you wrote to us. Account mail has instructions and links. It never has the content of your records.
Who else handles your information
Only the companies we need, and only as far as each one needs:
- Hosting and storage. Amazon Web Services holds the site and the files, which are kept in private storage.
- Email. Amazon Simple Email Service sends account mail.
- Checkout. Stripe takes your card details if you buy something, and Stripe does not get your records.
- An AI service. Only the pages needed for a job, as described above.
- Sign in with Google. If this is turned on, Google's script loads on the sign-in page only.
- People you invite. They see only what you let them see, and you can end their access, though a copy they already downloaded stays with them.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the site from abuse.
Delete your records and your account yourself
Open your account page. You can download a copy of your records first. Then you can delete everything: every file you added, the text read from them, what you confirmed about the patient, and the account itself.
Deleting does not reach a copy you or someone you invited already downloaded. It does not reach records held by a hospital or an office. Some copies may stay for a short time in backups and safety logs. To ask about those, write to privacy@goyo.health.
Your health data
Email and security
Send records only through goyo. Do not send records, passwords or health details by email or the contact form. We use HTTPS, scrambled passwords, links that expire after one use, limits on guessing and private file storage. No service can promise perfect security. For help, use the contact form or write to help@goyo.health. Privacy questions go to privacy@goyo.health. Security reports go to security@goyo.health.
Changes
If we change how information is handled, we change this page first and update the date below. If a change lets more people see your health information, or uses it for something new, we will tell you by email before it starts and ask you again.
Effective date: 3 October 2026.
